摘要
试验旨在探究壳寡糖(COS)对蛋鸡产蛋高峰期产蛋性能、蛋品质和蛋黄中胆固醇含量的影响。480只体重和产蛋率相近的30周龄大午金凤蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复24只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组在基础日粮中添加0.01%COS(含COS100 mg/kg),试验Ⅱ组在基础日粮中添加0.02%COS(含COS 200 mg/kg),试验Ⅲ组在基础日粮中添加0.04%COS(含COS 400 mg/kg),预试期7 d,正试期6周。结果显示:试验Ⅱ组平均日采食量、平均蛋重、产蛋率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组料蛋比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),分别降低了3.62%、2.47%,3个试验组破蛋率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),分别降低了5.20%、10.41%和7.29%;试验各组蛋白高度、哈氏单位显著高于对照组(P<0.05),蛋形指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其中试验Ⅱ组蛋白高度较对照组提高了4.13%,蛋形指数较对照组降低了4.65%;试验各组蛋黄中胆固醇含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其中试验Ⅱ组降低幅度最大,达到19.66%。研究表明,添加COS可提高蛋鸡产蛋性能,改善蛋品质,降低蛋黄中胆固醇,0.02%COS饲喂效果较好。
The experiment was to study the effect of chito-oligosaccharide(COS)on laying performance,egg quality and yolk cholesterol content of laying hens during peak laying period.A total of 480 healthy Dawu Jinfeng laying hens at 30 weeks of age were randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates in each group and 24 hens in each replicate.The laying hens in the control group were fed with basal diet,and experiment group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were respectively fed with basal diet with 100,200and 400 mg/kg COS.The pre-experiment lasted for 7 days,and the formal experiment lasted for 6 weeks.The results showed that the average daily egg production,average egg weight and laying rate of experimental group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The feed to egg ratio of experimental group Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),which decreased by 3.62% and 2.47%,respectively.The broken egg rate of experimental group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of the control group,which decreased by 5.20%,10.41% and 7.29%.The protein height and Haugh unit of three experiment groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and egg shape index of which was significantly lower(P<0.05),the protein height and egg shape index of experiment group Ⅱ was increased by 4.13% and 4.65%,respectively.The yolk cholesterol content of all experimental groups was significantly lower than that of the control group,the decreasing rate of experimental group Ⅱ was the highest,reaching 19.66%(P<0.05).Therefore,dietary COS could improve the performance of laying hens,improve egg quality and reduce yolk cholesterol level,200 mg/kg COS was suitable for Dawu Jinfeng laying hens.
