摘要
针对麻家梁煤业14506综掘工作面掘进智能化程度低的问题,从自主导航、坡度追踪、自动截割、智能控制、危险区域人员识别、一键启停等方面,对掘进机进行智能化改造,实现了岩巷和半煤岩巷的自动化掘进。现场实践表明,改造后巷道掘进过程实现全智能化作业,掘进速度满足矿井采掘接替要求,掘进工作面生产班单班作业人数减为9人。
In view of the low intelligent degree of driving in the 14506 fully mechanized mining face of Majialiang Coal Industry, the intelligent transformation of the roadheader is carried out from the aspects of autonomous navigation, slope tracking, automatic cutting, intelligent control, dangerous area personnel identification, one-click start and stop and so on. The automatic driving of rock roadway and semi-coal roadway is realized. The field practice shows that the fully intelligent operation is realized in the roadway driving process after the transformation, the driving speed meets the requirements of mine mining replacement, and the number of workers in a single shift in the tunneling working face is reduced to 9.
