科研合作研究的热点与展望

摘要 作为当今知识生产的主要形式,科研合作成为学者日益关注的话题。采用科学计量学方法对科研合作研究的发文特征、学科基础、核心主题及其演变历程进行分析发现,(1)科研合作主题研究的发文量迅速增长;具有学科多样性;有待学者持续深耕;(2)更倾向细化主体间的关系类型;(3)引入团队生命周期及输入―过程―输出模型,综合阶段考虑多因素的共同影响;(4)聚焦于不同规模团队的绩效及其管理挑战;(5)向数据密集型和计算科学方法转变。未来可就新型合作模式、复杂适应系统理论视域、伦理管理以及科研合作研究的应用等方向展开。 Scientific collaboration has become a topic of increasing interest to researchers as a major form of knowledge production today.Using scientometric approaches,this study systematically analyses the publication characteristics,disciplinary basis,core themes and evolution of scientific collaboration.The main findings were that(1)the number of scientific collaborations published was growing rapidly;collaborative research was characterized by disciplinary diversity;however,more researchers need to continue to work on it.(2)It preferred to refine the types of relationships between collaborators;(3)introduced team life cycle theory and input―process―output models,considered the joint impact of multiple factors at the collaborative stage;(4)focused on the performance of teams of different sizes;and(5)shifted towards data―intensive and computational science approaches.Future research could be directed towards new models of collaboration,complex adaptive systems perspectives,ethical management and applications of research collaboration studies.
