摘要
近年来,广东水利建设工程以水资源配置工程为主,呈现投资规模大、施工技术难度高、危大工程种类多等特点,给各级水行政主管部门的安全生产监督管理工作提出了较大的考验和挑战。为此,该文通过阐述当前广东省水利建设工程安全生产监管现状,重点分析当前广东省水利建设工程安全生产工作存在的问题,同时对新时期的形势进行分析研判,最后从加强安全生产监督方面提出一些针对性对策和建议,为广东省水行政主管部门和生产经营单位加强水利建设工程监督管理提供参考思路。
In recent years, Guangdong water conservancy construction project is mainly based on water resources allocation project, showing the characteristics of large investment scale, high technical difficulty in construction, and many kinds of dangerous projects, which puts forward great tests and challenges to the supervision and management of production safety of water administrative departments at all levels. For this reason, by expounding the current situation of production safety supervision of water conservancy construction projects in our province, this paper focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the safety production work of water conservancy construction projects in our province, and analyzes and judges the situation in the new period. finally, some targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening production safety supervision, which provides reference ideas for water conservancy administrative departments and production and management units in our province to strengthen the supervision and management of water conservancy construction projects.
