摘要
在对水利工程建设项目风险管理的必要性分析的基础上,提出了通过风险辨识、风险估计、风险评价、风险控制四个过程来进行风险管理的程序和方法。应用到水利工程建设中,起到了满意的效果。
Based on analysis for the necessity of the risk management of water conservancy projects, the procedure and method for the risk management with four processes as risk recognition, risk estimation, risk evaluation and risk control are put forward, and applied to the construction of water conservancy projects to achieve satisfied results.
