摘要
针对航空、船舶及海洋领域电气导线连接器传统人工装配模式存在的工作效率低和端接配对错误率高等弊端,提出了一种使用增强现实等智能化技术对操作者进行装配指导的解决方法。在增强现实技术、语音识别技术和图像处理技术的基础上,开发了包含可视化工艺信息和装配指导视图的现场操作指导内容显示、操作指令智能语音识别和装配工作记录检验等功能的智能装配系统,为装配操作者提供智能辅助支持,提高了装配效率和准确性。最后,在实际电气导线连接器装配现场对系统工作效果进行应用与检验。结果表明:电气导线连接器智能装配系统效果达到预期目标,能有效解决当前生产过程的装配指导需求。
Aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional manual assembly mode of EWIS connectors,such as low work efficiency and high end-matching error rate,a solution is proposed to guide the operator assembly using automation technology in the assembly process using augmented reality technology.Based on augmented reality technology,speech recognition technology and image processing technology,a connector including visual process information and assembly guidance images is developed.The content of the assembly site operation guidance is displayed,and the operation instructions are intelligent.The intelligent assembly system with voice recognition and assembly work record inspection functions provide intelligent auxiliary support for assembly operators and help improve assembly efficiency.Finally,the actual EWIS(Electrical Wiring Interconnection System)connector assembly site is used to apply and verify the working effect of the system.The results show that the intelligent assembly system of EWIS connector reaches the expected goal,which can effectively solve the assembly guidance needs of the current production process.
