摘要 对话系统及其控制策略的研究和应用是当前人工智能研究的热点领域之一.目前应用比较广泛的对话控制模型有3种:基于模式匹配的、基于有限状态的和基于框架的对话系统.在研究了多种对话系统结构和控制算法的基础上,对它们的算法模型进行了分析、归纳和比较,讨论了它们各自的优劣以及适用的应用范围,为问答系统在不同条件下的应用提供了参考.最后对将来对话系统架构和控制算法的研究方向进行归纳和展望. Research and application of question answering (QA) systems and their control strategies are the most active fields in artificial intelligence studies. There are three popular dialogue control models in QA systems, pattern-matching-based, finite-status-based and frame-based. By studying architectures and control algorithms of several QA systems, the models are analyzed, summarized and compared with each other, and their advantages, disadvantages and background for their applications are discussed. These will provide useful suggestion for application of QA systems under different situations. In the end, research directions on QA system architecture and control algorithms in future are discussed.
