摘要
拥有持续而悠长的参与式学徒观察期是教师行业的特有优势,学徒观察期积淀的先入之见影响着师范生的教育认知与信念。本研究基于对师范生的问卷调查和深度访谈,以习总书记提出的“四有”好老师为参照基准,探讨学徒观察期经历对师范生的影响以及“四有”好老师的实践映射情况。研究表明,仁爱之心是最具共识却严重失衡的优秀教师特质;理想信念和道德情操是易受忽视且需重点修炼的优秀教师特质;师范生已有反思学徒观察体验的意识和能力。我们需要重思作为教师专业道德规范的“四有”好老师内涵,凸显其在师范生培养中的实践转化,提升师范生基于学徒观察的教育反思能力,助力其成长为不断追求卓越的未来教育者。
The continuous and long participatory apprenticeship observation period is a unique advantage of the career of teachers.The preconceptions accumulated in the apprenticeship observation period affect the educational cognition and belief of pre-service teachers.Based on the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,this study takes the good teachers with“four qualities”proposed by General Secretary Xi as the reference framework to explore the impact of the previous experience of apprenticeship observation period on pre-service teachers and the practical representation of the good teachers with“four qualities”.Research shows that benevolence is a general consensus but seriously unbalanced.Ideal,faith and moral sentiment are the characteristics of good teachers that are easy to be ignored and need to be strengthened.Pre-service teachers have the consciousness and ability to reflect on the apprenticeship observation experience.We need to re-examine the connotation of good teachers with“four qualities”as teachers’professional ethics,highlight the practical transformation of good teachers with“four qualities”in pre-service teacher education,improve their ability of educational reflection based on Apprenticeship observation experience.
