摘要 校园食品安全问题直接关系师生的身体健康和生命安全,关乎社会稳定和校园和谐。近些年,高校频发群体性食源性疾病事件,校园食品安全问题备受关注。随着信息化社会的发展以及高校后勤管理模式的改变,高校食品安全问题产生的因素也日益增多。本文旨在探讨当前我国高校食品安全问题现状及原因,并从管理体系构建、人员管理、制度制定、溯源体系构建及应急管理预案等方面提出了相应的应对措施,对于当前复杂形势下维护好高校师生生命健康安全具有重大意义。 Campus food safety is directly related to the health and life safety of teachers and students, social stability and campus harmony. In recent years, due to the frequent occurrence of foodborne diseases in colleges,campus food safety has attracted much attention. With the development of information society and the change of logistics management mode in colleges, the factors of food safety problems in colleges are increasing. This paper aims to explore the current situation and causes of food safety problems in Chinese colleges, and put forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of management system construction, personnel management, system formulation, system construction and emergency management plan, which is of great significance for safeguarding the life and health safety of teachers and students in colleges under the current complex situation.
