摘要
目的为临床慢性肾病老年患者的合理用药提供依据。方法抽取医院2021年4月肾病门诊老年(≥65岁)患者处方,根据美国老年医学会(AGS)制订的《老年潜在不适当用药的比尔斯标准(Beers)》(2019版),综合2017年我国出版的《老年人潜在不适当用药判断标准》,评价处方用药的潜在不适当用药(PIM)情况,并确定PIM的影响因素。结果5972例慢性肾病门诊老年患者中,男3759例(62.94%),女2213例(37.06%),发生PIM 288例,涉及药物14种。结论药师应结合临床,合理灵活应用Beers标准,关注老年患者的个体化用药,促进医院的合理用药,保证患者的用药安全。
Objective To provide a basis for rational drug use in elderly patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods The prescriptions of elderly patients(≥65 years old)in the Nephropathy Clinic of the hospital in April 2021 were selected to evaluate the potential inappropriate medication(PIM)of prescription drugs according to the American Geriatrics Society(AGS)2019 Updated Beers Criteria for Potentially Inappropriate Medication Use in Older Adults and the Criteria of Potentially Inappropriate Medications for Older Adults in China(2017),and the influencing factors of PIM were determined.Results In 5972 elderly outpatients with chronic kidney disease,3759 cases(62.94%)were male and 2213 cases(37.06%)were female,288 cases of which had PIM involved 14 related drugs.Conclusion Pharmacists should reasonably and flexibly apply Beers Criteria in combination with clinical practice,pay attention to the individualized medication of elderly patients,promote rational drug use in hospitals,and ensure the medication safety of patients.
