摘要
为明确影响御寒纺织服装制品保暖性的主要因素,以絮填类纺织服装制品为例,借助YG(B)606E型保温仪,探究御寒纺织服装制品自身特性、洗护方式、洗护设备参数组合及洗涤剂产品与其保暖性的关系。研究发现:制品自身特性方面,絮填材料种类及其填充量是影响御寒纺织服装制品保暖性的主要因素(P<0.01),而包覆材料(面料、里料)对御寒纺织服装制品保暖性的影响不显著(P>0.05);日常使用洗护过程方面,影响显著程度依次为洗护方式>洗护设备参数组合>洗涤剂产品,且均相对显著(P<0.01),尤其是以羽绒材料作为絮填材料的纺织服装制品,在日常使用洗护过程方面的该趋势更明显。研究结果可为洗衣机厂家研发适合絮填类纺织服装制品的洗护程序提供参考,也可为消费者正确洗护此类制品提供指导。
In order to clarify the main factors affecting the warmth retention of cold-proof textile and clothing products,the batting textile and clothing products were taken as example,with the help of YG(B)606E temperature preservation instrument,the relationship between the characteristics of cold-proof clothing,washing and protective mode,parameter combination of washing and protective equipment and the relationship between detergent products and the warming property of cold-proof textile and garment products was systematically explored.The results show that in terms of product characteristics,the type and filling amount of flocculating materials were the main factors affecting the warmth of cold-proof textile and garment products(P<0.01),while the coating materials(fabric,lining)had no significant effect(P>0.05).In the aspect of daily washing and care process,the significant degree of influence was in the order of washing and care mode>washing and care equipment parameter combination>detergent products,and all of them were relatively significant(P<0.01),especially in the aspect of daily washing and care process of textile and clothing products with down material as the filling material,the trend was more obvious.The research results can provide reference for washing machine manufacturers to develop washing procedures suitable for batting textile and garment products,and also provide guidance for consumers to properly wash such products.
