摘要
利用正交试验,对面料、含绒率、充绒量、绗线数以及缝迹密度对羽绒服保暖性的影响进行研究,在此基础上通过线性回归建立相应的数学模型。通过数据分析,得出结论:羽绒服的保暖性主要是由充绒量和绗线数量两个因素决定的,它随着绗线数量的增大而减小,随着充绒量的增大而增大。为服装企业设计羽绒服的相关参数提供了参考。
The influences of fabric, down ratio, filling quantity, quilting number and stitch density to the warmth retention property of down filling clothing were studied by using the orthogonal test. The results showed that： the warmth retention property of down filling clothing was mainly determined by two factors, which is fiLLing quantity and quitting number, It decreases with the increasing of quilting number, and increases with the increasing of filling quantity. In addition, the corresponding mathematical model was build through fitting the data obtained from the test. This will provide important reference for the design of the relevant parameters of the down filling clothing in the enterprise.
