摘要
采用高压共轨燃油喷射系统的柴油机可以准确控制燃油的喷射量,精确控制燃油喷射过程。采用AMESim搭建仿真模型,仿真模拟了不同的燃油和工作种类对喷油器压力波动和喷油量的影响。研究结果表明,使用RME燃油会降低喷油量;管道直径越小压力波动越大,喷油量越少;喷油脉宽越小,压力波动越小,喷油量越少。研究结果对燃油的选择和喷油器的关键部位设计具有一定的参考价值。
Diesel engines with high pressure common rail fuel injection system can accurately control fuel injection amount and fuel injection process.AMESim is used to build a simulation model to simulate the influence of different fuel and working type on the pressure fluctuation and fuel injection volume of injector.The results show that using RME fuel can reduce the fuel injection amount.The smaller the pipe diameter is,the greater the pressure fluctuation is and the less the oil injection amount is.The smaller the injection pulse width is,the smaller the pressure fluctuation is and the less the injection quantity is.The research results have certain reference value for the selection of fuel and the design of key parts of fuel injector.
