摘要
针对如何在工程项目管理中发挥建造师积极作用这一问题,论文从建造师执业资格考试角度出发,分析了作为一名建造师在建筑工程项目管理工作中的作用,主要探讨了建造师在建筑工程项目管理工作中的角色定位,重点从合同管理、进度控制、质量控制、安全管理、成本控制、环境管理5个方面详细阐述了建造师的具体作用。
In view of how to play the active role of construction engineer in engineering project management, this study analyzes the role of a construction engineer in construction project management from the perspective of construction engineer qualification examination,mainly discusses the role of the construction project management in construction, focuses on five aspects of contract management, schedule control, quality control, safety management, cost control and environmental management to elaborate the specific role of the builder.
