摘要
目的 分析肾小球肾炎患者采取人性化护理的临床效果及减少并发症的具体作用。方法 选取2018年5月-2019年5月本院治疗的82例肾小球肾炎患者作为研究对象,利用不同色号分组方法,分为实验组和常规组,实验组患者采取人性化护理干预模式,常规组患者采取传统护理干预模式,分析两组患者的生活质量和并发症发生状况。结果 实验组的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能以及物质状态明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组低血压、脱水和消化道出血的并发症总发生率明显低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的住院时间和SAS、SDS评分明显低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后实验组24小时尿蛋白、内生肌酐清除率数据高于常规组,而肾小球滤过率、血尿素氮、血肌酐、尿白蛋白排泄率等数据低于常规组,对比有统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论 临床上经过将人性化护理干预应用在肾小球肾炎患者中,有效地提升临床护理效果,同时减少患者的并发症发生,缩短患者的住院时间,减少患者家庭的经济支出,有效改善患者生活质量,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of humanistic nursing for patients with glomerulonephritis and specific effect of reducing complications.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with glomerulonephritis treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 as study subjects,and divided them into experimental group and routine group by different color number grouping methods.Experimental group were treated with humanized nursing intervention mode,while routine group with traditional nursing intervention mode.Life quality and complications between two groups were analyzed.Results Physical function,psychological function,social function and material status of experimental group was significantly higher than routine group(P<0.05).Total incidence of complications of hypotension,dehydration and gastrointestinal bleeding in experimental group was significantly lower than routine group(P<0.05).Length of stay,SAS and SDS scores of experimental group were significantly lower than routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,data of 24-hour urinary protein and endogenous creatinine clearance rate in experimental group were higher than routine group,while data of glomerular filtration rate,blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine and urinary albumin excretion rate were lower than routine group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing intervention can effectively improve clinical nursing effect,reduce complications incidence,shorten length of stay of patients with glomerulonephritis,reduce economic expenditure of patients'families,and improve life quality of patients effectively,which has clinical promotion and application value.
