摘要
影像组学是一种能够帮助临床医生从患者影像中得到更精确信息和参考依据的人工智能化的重要辅助手段。通过从患者影像中提取病灶的海量特征,与临床、病理等资料结合,构建出相关疾病的诊断、评估、预后等模型,进而辅助医生做出更精准的临床决策。本文系统全面地阐述了影像组学的相关概念和具体处理流程,指出影像组学是一种人工智能化的重要辅助手段。分析影像组学潜在临床价值,并对其近年来如何应用先进的计算机技术解决临床问题及其在医学领域上获得的显著应用成果进行了归纳和总结,分析并探讨了目前影像组学在研究上存在的局限性,最后,对影像组学的未来发展进行了展望。
Radiomics is an important artificial intelligence auxiliary means that can help clinicians get more accurate information and reference basis from patient images. It extracts massive features of lesions from patient images and combines them with clinical, pathological and other data to build models for diagnosis, evaluation and prognosis of related diseases, so as to assist doctors to make more accurate clinical decisions. Radiomics has achieved many remarkable results in the clinical field, which shows that radiomics has great clinical application potential. This paper mainly introduces the related concepts, specific analysis process, clinical application and research progress of radiomics in recent years, analyzes the limitations of current radiomics, and finally looks forward to the future development direction of radiomics.
