摘要
乳腺癌是全球女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,且发病率呈逐年上升趋势,对女性健康构成严重威胁。因此,早期诊断和治疗变得尤为重要。磁共振成像(MRI)具有极高的软组织分辨率,在乳腺癌的临床诊治中广泛应用。目前已有研究证实,基于人工智能的乳腺癌MRI影像组学在乳腺癌的诊断、治疗及预后等方面具有良好的应用前景。然而,乳腺癌影像组学的方法、流程等仍缺乏统一标准,有待进一步的讨论和验证。随着影像组学流程的持续改进和优化,影像组学未来将更加稳定且精准地为乳腺癌的临床诊治提供帮助。
Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women in the world,and the incidence is increasing year by year,posing a serious threat to women′s health.Therefore,early detection and treatment have become particularly important.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)provides high-resolution soft tissue images that are extensively employed for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.At present,research has confirmed that the artificial intelligence based breast cancer MRI radiomics has a good application prospect in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of breast cancer.However,the methods and procedures of breast cancer radiomics still lack a unified standard,and further discussion and verification are needed.With the continuous improvement and optimization of radiomics workflows,it will provide more stable and accurate help for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in the future.
