摘要
大体积混凝土温度裂缝是目前一重点难题,通过研究相关文献,整理了关于温度裂缝的控制方法以及采用的施工方案.以唐山市丰润区朱庄子王庄子回迁安置房建工程为例,应用ANSYS有限元软件可模拟大体积混凝土的温度变化以及应力的变化情况,利用其他辅助软件计算施工过程中大体积混凝土的温度变化,从而制定科学合理的控制大体积混凝土的温度的方案.以某房建工程的大体积混凝土为例,研究其施工过程应用温度裂缝控制技术的效果,证明该施工方案有着显著的成效,有效控制温度裂缝的数量,优化施工环节进而降低施工成本,为大体积混凝土施工提供建议.
The temperature crack of mass concrete is a key problem at present.The control methods of temperature crack and the adopted construction scheme were summarized.Taking Zhuzhuangzi Wangzhuangzi Relocation and Resettlement Building Project in Fengrun District,Tangshan City as an example,ANSYS finite element software can be used to simulate the temperature change and stress change of mass concrete,and other auxiliary software can be used to calculate the temperature change of mass concrete during construction,so as to formulate a scientific and reasonable scheme to control the temperature of mass concrete.Taking the mass concrete of a building construction project as an example,the effect of applying temperature crack control technology in its construction process was studied,which proved that the construction scheme has remarkable effect,effectively controlled the number of temperature cracks,and also optimized the construction links to reduce the construction cost,so as to provide suggestions for other large volume concrete construction.
