摘要
质量是高等教育的生命线,提升质量是高等教育发展的永恒主题。教育高质量发展离不开质量管理和质量文化,从质量管理到质量文化是应用型本科院校高质量发展的应有之义,因此,充分发挥质量文化的优势作用是应用型本科院校获得高质量发展的必然选择。从本质上来讲,质量文化是应用型本科院校高质量发展的保障和价值引导,因此,需要培育优秀的质量文化,以文化引领的态势推动应用型本科院校质量保障机制落到实处。为营造一个良好的质量运行环境,需从制度层面、精神层面、行为层面、组织层面对应用型本科院校的质量文化重塑,实现从自我管理到自我意识的质量文化。
Quality is the lifeline of higher education,and quality improvement is the eternal theme of higher education development.High-quality development of education is inseparable from quality management and quality culture.From quality management to quality culture is the due meaning of high-quality development of applied undergraduate universities.Therefore,giving full play to the advantages of quality culture is the inevitable choice for these colleges to achieve high-quality development.In essence,quality culture is the guarantee and value guidance for their high-quality development.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate excellent quality culture and promote their implementation of the quality assurance mechanism with the trend of cultural guidance.In order to create a good quality operation environment,it is necessary to reshape their quality culture from the system,the spirit,the behavior and the organization level,so as to realize the self-management quality culture transformed to self-awareness one.
