摘要
高校网络意识形态建设是高校意识形态工作的重点。建设的主要着力点是打造专业建设队伍、培育网络空间、搭建网络媒体阵地、构建综合教育教学平台的阵地建设。在优化高校网络意识形态建设时,要建立涵盖大学生网络思想行为动态、高校网络意识形态建设核心内容的大数据框架,掌握高校意识形态网络话语权,设计主要包含考核评估、监督协同、预警研判的创新保障机制。
Based on the analysis of the significance and fundamental importance of building a network ideology in colleges and universities, summarise and analyse the main focuses of building a professional construction team, cultivating the network space, building network media positions, constructing a comprehensive education and teaching platform for position building, and focus on the discussion of the dynamics of college students’ network thoughts and behaviours, refining the core content and system framework of building the network ideology in colleges and universities with Big Data, considering how to grasp the dynamics of students’ online behaviours, grasping and formulating the methodological way, designing the innovative guarantee mechanism, which mainly includes assessment and evaluation, monitoring and coordination, innovative safeguard mechanisms for early warning, combining foundation and optimisation, to promote the new era of building the university network ideology.
