摘要
目的:分析国内外电子病历共享领域的研究现状与动态,了解该领域的研究热点,为国内该方向研究提供参考。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)、Web of Science(WOS)核心合集为基础数据库,运用CiteSpace V对该领域相关文献的年度发文量、国家/地区分布情况、关键词共现与突现知识图谱进行文献计量与可视化分析。结果:最终分别纳入818、1 921篇文献,年度发文量呈逐年递增趋势,发文量排名前3位的是美国、中国、英国,通过归纳总结,发现国内外当前研究热点主要集中于区块链技术、数据共享方案以及信息的隐私保护与安全风险等方面。结论:实现数据的互联互通,已成为当下人们所关注的重点话题,在解决技术上难题的同时,探索不同的共享方案,减少信息泄漏风险,构建一套规范管理体系,从而推动电子病历在共享研究领域的进一步发展。
Objective To analyze the research status and trends of electronic medical record(EMR) sharing at home and abroad,so as to understand the research hotspots in this field and provide reference for domestic research in this direction.Methods Based on the core collections of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) and Web of Science(WOS) as the basic database,this paper uses CiteSpace V to conduct bibliometric and visual analysis on the annual number of published papers,national/regional distribution,keyword co-occurrence and emergent knowledge map of related literature in this field.Results Finally,818 and 1,921 articles were included respectively in this study,and the annual number of publications showed an increasing trend year by year.The top three are the United States,China and the United Kingdom.Through summary,it is found that the current research hotspots at home and abroad mainly focus on blockchain technology,data sharing scheme research,information privacy protection and security risks.Conclusion The realization of data interconnection has become the focus of attention.While solving technical problems,we should explore different sharing schemes,reduce the risk of information leakage,and build a standardized management system,so as to promote the further development of EMR in the field of sharing research.
