摘要
本文使用天美IC 1010离子色谱仪,建立同时测定多组分的离子色谱方法,对市面上售卖的几种饮用天然矿泉水中F^(-)、Cl^(-)、NO_(2)^(-)、Br^(-)、NO_(3)^(-)、H_(2)PO_(4)^(-)和SO_(4)^(2-)共7种阴离子的含量进行同时测定。样品经0.45μm水相过滤膜过滤后,使用SHODEX IC SI-90G保护柱以及SHODEX IC SI-524E分析柱分离,9 mmol·L^(-1)Na HCO_(3)作为淋洗液进行洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min^(-1),使用IC 1040电导检测器进行检测,连续自动再生抑制器除去CO_(2)。保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果显示,本方法线性关系良好,加标回收率高,方法灵敏度高,操作简便,优于国家标准方法,适合天然矿泉水中多种阴离子同时进行分析测定,可以减少工作量。
In this paper,Tianmei IC 1010 ion chromatograph was used to establish an ion chromatography method for simultaneous determination of multi-component.The content of F^(-)、Cl^(-)、NO_(2)^(-)、Br^(-)、NO_(3)^(-)、H_(2)PO_(4)^(-)and SO_(4)^(2-)in several kinds of natural mineral water sold on the market were determined simultaneously.After the sample is filtered by 0.45μm aqueous phase filtration membrane,use the SHODEX IC SI-90G protective column and the SHODEX IC SI-524E analytical column for separation,9 mmol·L^(-1)Na HCO_(3)as the eluent for elution,the flow rate is 1.0 m L·min^(-1),use the IC 1040 conductivity detector for detection,and continuously and automatically regenerate the suppressor to remove CO_(2).The retention time is qualitative and the external standard method is quantitative.The results show that this method has good linear relationship,high recovery rate,high sensitivity,simple operation and is superior to the national standard method.It is suitable for simultaneous analysis and determination of multiple anions in natural mineral water and can reduce the workload.
