摘要
基于淋洗液自动发生技术,建立了用离子色谱测定天然水中F-、CH3COO-、C2H5COO-、HCOO-、Cl-、NO2-、Br-、NO3-、SO42-、PO43-的方法。采用IonPac AS17-C型阴离子分析柱,采用EG40淋洗液自动发生器在线产生KOH淋洗液进行梯度淋洗,淋洗液流速为1.0mL/min,分析柱柱温为30℃,进样量为25μL,测定各离子的检出限分布在0.5~3.1μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于0.92%;实际天然水样加标回收率总范围为95.2%~101.8%。该方法具有灵敏、快速、准确等优点,适用于天然水中多种阴离子的同时分析测定。
Based on eluent autogeneration technology,ion chromatography determination of F-,CH3COO-,C2H5COO-,HCOO-,Cl-,NO2-,Br-,NO3-,SO42-,PO43-in natural water was established.Gradient elution was performed by using the IonPac AS17-C analytical column,and the KOH eluent was online generated by EG40.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 30 ℃,and the injection volume was 25μL.Results show that,the ion detection limits are distributed within 0.5~3.1 μg/L,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is less than 0.92%;test recovery rate for actual natural water sample is from 95.2% to101.8%.Because it is sensitive,fast and accurate,this gradient elution method applies to simultaneous determination of multiple anions in natural water.
