摘要
食品安全作为经济发展与稳定民生的重要基础,已不仅仅是消费者关注的焦点。当前形势下我国食品安全问题相对频发,给居民的生命健康带来了诸多隐患,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。其中食品抽检监测作为保证食品安全的重要抓手,在守护食品安全工作中发挥了重要作用。本文通过对食品抽检监测的发展现状进行分析,梳理食品抽检监测面临的挑战,并提出提高食品抽检监测工作的重视程度、完善抽检监测范围与步骤、建立健全工作标准、提升技术水平的具体策略,以期为食品安全监管部门进行食品抽检监测提供参考,推进我国食品安全工作更好发展。
Food safety as the important foundation of economic development and stability of the people’s livelihood,is not only a focus of attention of consumers. Under the present situation, the food safety problems occurred relatively frequently in China, which has brought many hidden dangers to the life and health of residents and aroused wide attention from all walks of life. Among them, food sampling monitoring, as an important means of ensuring food safety, plays an important role in safeguarding national food safety. This paper analyzes the development status of food sampling monitoring, combs the challenges faced by food sampling monitoring, and puts forward specific strategies to improve the importance of food sampling monitoring, improve the sampling monitoring scope and steps, establish and improve the working standard, improve the scope and steps of sampling monitoring, establish and improve working standards,and improve technical level, with a view to providing reference for food safety supervision departments to conduct food sampling monitoring, and promoting the better development of food safety in China.
