幼儿教育助力乡村振兴:可为、应为与何为 被引量:14

The Advantages, Missions and Pathways for Early Childhood Education to Assist Rural Vitalization

摘要 全面推进乡村振兴是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重大任务,而教育是振兴乡村的战略支撑。作为乡村教育的起点、难点和痛点,幼儿教育有动力也有能力成为反哺乡村社会的一股新兴力量。从幼儿教育服务社会的功能定位、实践探索和政策引领上看,幼儿教育在乡村振兴中应当有所作为。通过培养“新农人”实现“智志双扶”助力人才振兴、倡导“新乡风”复兴乡村文化、凝聚“新合力”推动乡村组织焕发新生机,幼儿教育可以大有作为。为使其落地落实,要调动实践主体扎根乡村的积极性,探索幼儿教育与乡村互融的新模式,释放乡村潜力动能,通过“在乡村”“、融乡村”“、建乡村”等不断深入社会行动,扬长幼儿教育优势,赋能乡村振兴。 Comprehensively promoting rural vitalization is a major task to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and education is the strategic support for Rural Revitalization. As the starting point, difficulty and pain point of rural education,early childhood education has the power and ability to become a new force that feeds back the rural society. From the perspective of the functional orientation, practical exploration and policy guidance of early childhood education in serving the society, early childhood education should make a difference in Rural Revitalization. By cultivating“new farmers”to achieve“wisdom and ambition”to help the revitalization of talents, advocating“new rural style”to revive rural culture, condensing“new joint forces”to promote rural organizations to glow with new vitality, early childhood education can do a lot. In order to implement it, we should mobilize the enthusiasm of the practice subjects to take root in the countryside, explore a new model of the integration of early childhood education and the countryside, release the potential kinetic energy of the countryside, and continue to deepen social action through“in the countryside”,“integrating the countryside”and“building the countryside”, so as to develop the advantages of early childhood education and enable the revitalization of the countryside.
