摘要
对“工作实习”课程实施情况及存在的问题进行调查和分析。结果表明,实践类课程的持续课程改革和建设对于提升教学质量具有重要作用,是提升课程教学效果的必要途径。研究发现,“工作实习”课程存在时间不好安排、组织管理比较难、保障机制不健全、涉及不可预见风险等问题,应动态安排时间、规范考核标准与方法、建立实习保障机制、加强实习过程管理等,深化推进课程改革与建设,进一步提升“工作实习”课程的教学效果和质量,助力实践育人目标的实现。
This paper investigates and analyzes the implementation and existing problems of the Work Practice course.The results show that the continuous curriculum reform and construction of practical courses play an important role in improving the quality of teaching,and is a necessary way to improve the teaching effect of the course.It is found that this course has problems such as difficult time arrangement,difficult organization and management,unsound guarantee mechanism,and unforeseen risks.It is necessary to dynamically arrange time,standardize assessment standards and methods,establish an internship guarantee mechanism,and strengthen the practice process,management,etc.,deepen and promote curriculum reform and construction,so as to further improve the teaching effect and quality of Work Practice course,and help achieve the goal of practical education.
