摘要
自动化技术代表了最先进的生产力。传统煤矿企业是劳动密集型产业,高污染、高能耗和高成本,难以长久发展。为此,煤矿企业需要进行自动化改造,即实现煤矿机电设备的自动化控制。阐述了煤矿机电设备自动化的优势,主要表现为实现减员提效、降低生产成本以及提升开采的安全性。重点探讨了自动化技术在煤矿机电设备中的具体应用,包括煤矿排水设备、矿井提升设备、煤矿机电设备故障诊断和煤矿机电设备管理等,以期为煤矿智能化建设提供一定的参考。
Automation technology represents the most advanced productivity. Traditional coal mine enterprises are labor-intensive industries, which are of high pollution, high energy consumption and high cost, and are difficult to long-term development.Therefore, coal mine enterprises need to carry out automatic transformation, that is, to realize the automatic control of coal mine electromechanical equipment. This paper analyzed the advantages of electromechanical equipment automation in coal mines,mainly embodied in the realization of reducing staff and improving efficiency, reducing production cost and improving the safety of mining. Then it focused on the specific application of automation technology in coal mine electromechanical equipment, including drainage equipment, lifting equipment, electromechanical equipment fault diagnosis and electromechanical equipment management of coal mines, in order to provide a certain reference for the intelligent construction of coal mines.
