摘要
随着经济社会的飞速发展,化学品的生产和使用规模不断扩大,众多难察觉、难代谢、难降解且具有生物毒性的新污染物持续进入环境并不断累积,严重威胁着人民群众的健康甚至生命安全。我国是化学品生产和使用的大国,新污染物种类多、分布广,底数不清,环境和健康风险隐患巨大。本文概述了新污染物的概念、特征和危害,浅析了新污染物的防治进展,探讨了环境管理中存在的问题,进而对新污染物防治提出了几点建议,以期为新污染物防治起到一定的促进作用。
With the rapid development of society, the scale of production and use of chemicals continues to expand. Many emerging pollutants, which are difficult to detect, metabolize, degrade and have biological toxicity, continue to enter the environment and accumulate gradually, seriously threatening the health and even life safety of the people. China is a superpower in the production and use of chemicals. The emerging pollutants are wide varieties, wide distribution, and unclear base information, resulting in huge potential risks to environmental and health. Be aimed at emerging pollutants, the concept, characteristics and hazards were outlined, the progress of prevention and treatment were analyzed, the problems existing in environmental management were discussed, and then some suggestions were put forward, in order to play a certain role in promoting the prevention and control of emerging pollutants.
