摘要
目的对妊娠期糖尿病患者执行营养治疗的同时,实施低血糖指数膳食的疗效展开探析。方法择取在2020年3月—2021年9月于罗源县妇幼保健院接受营养治疗的78例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象。通过简单随机分组法分为两组,每组39例。对照组实施常规饮食干预、而观察组则在对照组的基础上严格遵循低血糖生成指数的食物选择。对两组血糖指标、血脂指标水平、胰岛素抵抗指数改善情况展开比较,同时对比两组不良妊娠结局发生率。结果管理前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油和总胆固醇水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,观察组各指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理前,两组胰岛素抵抗指标水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,观察组胰岛素抵抗指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病患者的营养治疗过程中,落实低血糖指数膳食干预工作,可以提高血糖水平控制效果,同时可调节血脂,减少血糖异常对妊娠结局产生的影响。
Objective To explore the effect of low glycemic index diet in gestational diabetes patients with nutritional therapy.Methods 78 patients with gestational diabetes who received nutritional therapy in Luoyuan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.By simple random grouping method is divided into two groups,39 cases in each group.The control group received conventional dietary intervention,while the observation group strictly followed the food selection of low glycemic index on the basis of the control group.The improvement of blood glucose index,blood lipid index and insulin resistance index was compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was compared between the two groups.Results pre-management,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,triglyceride and total cholesterol between the two groups(P>0.05).After management,the level of each index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the level of insulin resistance index between the two groups pre-management(P>0.05).After management,the level of insulin resistance index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nutritional treatment of gestational diabetes patients,dietary intervention with low glycemic index can improve the control effect of blood glucose level,regulate blood lipid and reduce the influence of abnormal blood glucose on pregnancy outcome.
