摘要
工作在全角模式的科氏振动陀螺具有直接输出角度信息、大动态范围、高测量带宽及稳定的标度因数等优势,但其性能易受谐振子刚度不对称、极板间距不一致、阻尼误差等因素影响,其中阻尼误差缺乏有效的补偿方案。针对科氏振动全角陀螺的阻尼误差,提出在阻尼主轴坐标系中采用能量衰减法对阻尼误差的影响进行分析,确定了全角陀螺的速率死区指标,并得到了在不同外界角速率下全角陀螺的进动特性。最终采用自适应阻尼补偿法对全角陀螺阻尼误差进行抑制,将MEMS多环陀螺的速率漂移从2°/s降低至0.25°/s。
The Coriolis vibrating gyroscope working in the whole angle(WA)mode has the advantages of direct angle output,large dynamic range,high measurement bandwidth and stable scale factor.However,the high performance WA gyroscope has strict requirements on the symmetry of the resonator and detection circuit.The existing compensation schemes can eliminate or reduce the influence of other factors except damping error.The energy attenuation method is proposed to study the influence of damping error of the WA gyroscope,and the rate dead zone is determined.Also,the precession characteristics of the WA gyroscope under different angular rates are obtained.Finally,the adaptive damping compensation method is used to suppress the damping error of the WA gyroscope,reducing the rate drift of the MEMS multi-ring gyroscope from 2°/s to 0.25°/s and improving the performance by 8 times.
