摘要
为了帮助利益相关方对量子计算相关概念的理解和技术交流,2020年由我国主导提出ISO/IEC 4879《信息技术量子计算术语和词汇》国际标准提案。介绍该国际标准提案的研制背景,并分阶段分析了该国际标准提案的推进过程,阐述该国际标准提案的起草原则、总体框架及其典型术语,从而有助于量子计算利益相关方达成概念共识,推动量子计算技术和产业发展。
In order to help stakeholders understand and exchange concepts related to quantum computing,the ISO/IEC 4879"Information technology-Quantum computing-Terminology and vocabulary"was proposed by China in 2020.This paper is to introduce the background of the development of this international standard,analyze the progress of the international standard in stages,and elaborate the drafting principles,overall framework and typical terms of this international standard,so as to help the stakeholders of quantum computing to reach a conceptual consensus and promote the development of quantum computing technology and industry.
