摘要
综合运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等研究方法,基于社会资本理论视域,深入探讨了我国大学生体育社团的发展现状,揭示了大学生体育社团发展面临的现实问题并提出优化路径。研究认为,大学生体育社团社会资本建立在参与主体的信任与认知基础之上,在发展过程中存在多元主体关系错位、相关利益主体之间社会网络信任缺乏、大学生体育社团运行的内生动力和组织活力不足、社团与社会联动关系网络互动不畅等现实困境。研究提出:搭建多元主体协同参与的社会关系网络,优化大学生体育社团组织管理机制;通过形成多方合力,推动大学生体育社团发展方式由被动发展到以体育人、由直接管理到协同合作、由线性结构到多元发展;引导高校建立以体育社团内部互动关系网络为导向的信任机制,构建体育社团不同主体协同联动的网络化治理体系,提升大学生体育社团组织、运行、保障规范化水平。
Based on the perspective of social capital theory,this paper comprehensively uses literature,logical analysis,interviews and other research methods to explore the current situation of the development of college students’sports associations in China,reveals the practical problems faced by the development of college students’sports associations,and puts forward the optimization path.The research believes that the social capital of college students’sports associations is based on the trust and cognition of the participants.In the process of development,there are many practical difficulties,such as the dislocation of multiple subject relations,the shackles of social network trust between relevant interest subjects,the lack of endogenous power and organizational vitality for the operation of college students’sports associations,and the poor interaction between associations and social linkage networks.The research puts forward that we should build a social network of multiple subjects to participate in coordination and optimize the management mechanism of college students’sports associations;through the joint efforts of various parties,we will promote the development of college students’sports associations from passive development to sports people,from direct management to cooperation,and from linear structure to diversified development;we should guide colleges and universities to establish a trust mechanism oriented by the internal interaction network of sports associations,build a network governance system of coordinated interaction between different subjects of sports associations,and improve the standardization level of college students’sports associations’organization,operation,and security.
