摘要
该文采用问卷调查法和访谈法对广东省体育教育专业公费师范生的乡村教育情怀进行研究,旨在了解高校体育教育专业公费师范生的培养现状,分析当前乡村教育情怀培养存在的问题。研究表明,广东省3所高校体育教育专业公费师范生的乡村教育情怀整体呈较高水平,但在不同高校以及不同年级之间存在差异。随着年级的提高,乡村教育情怀存在逐年降低的现象。3所高校的人才培养方案缺乏针对性,在乡村教育情怀的培养方面仍存在不足,如缺少乡村教育的实践机会。因此,该研究拟针对公费师范生培养存在的问题进行分析,旨在探索出有助于提高公费师范生乡村教育情怀的培养路径,为培养下得去、留得住、教得好、有发展的乡村体育教师提供保障。
The rural education feelings of public-funded normal college students in Physical Education Major in Guangdong Province by using the questionnaire survey method and interview method,aiming to understand the cultivation status of public-funded normal college students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities and analyze existing problems in the cultivation of rural education feelings.The results show that the rural education feelings of public-funded normal college students majoring in physical education in three universities in Guangdong Province are generally at a high level,but there are differences among different universities and grades,and the rural education feelings has decreased with grades year by year.The talent training programs of the three universities are lack of pertinence,and the cultivation of rural education feelings is still insufficient,such as the lack of rural teaching practice.Therefore,this study intends to analyze the existing problems in the training of public-funded normal college students,aiming to explore a cultivation path that can help improve the rural education feelings among public-funded normal college students,and provide a guarantee for the cultivation of rural physical education teachers who can "go,stay,teach well and develop".
