摘要
近年来,我国氢能产业快速发展,各地产业布局加速,已有超过50个地级市发布氢能产业规划,长江三角洲、粤港澳大湾区、京津冀地区氢能产业初具规模,汇集多家氢能企业及研发机构,其中氢能产业规模以上工业企业超过300家,呈现集群化发展态势。客观来看,我国氢能产业仍处于商业化发展前期,并面临诸多短板。本文从我国主要氢能企业发展现状研究入手,分析企业发展面临的问题,并尝试从氢能产业层面找出症结所在,最后围绕政策规划、技术发展、基础设施建设、资金支持等方面,提出促进我国氢能产业健康发展的相关建议。
In recent years, China’s hydrogen energy industry has developed rapidly and industrial layout has accelerated. More than 50 prefecture-level cities have issued hydrogen energy industry plans. The hydrogen energy industry in the Yangtze River Delta, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Beijing-TianjinHebei region has begun to take shape. There are more than 300 industrial enterprises above designated size. It presents a trend of cluster development. However, objectively, the hydrogen energy industry is still in the early stage of commercialization development and faces many shortcomings. This paper starts with research on the status quo of the development of the hydrogen energy enterprises, analyzes and summarizes the problems faced by the development of enterprises, and tries to find out the crux from the level of hydrogen energy industry. Finally, it puts forward related suggestions on the development of the hydrogen energy industry based on policy planning, technology development,infrastructure construction, financial support, etc.
