基于液氢的绿氢供应体系及全链条成本分析

摘要 氢能发展,对于我国确保能源安全和实现碳达峰碳中和目标具有重要意义。目前我国绿氢生产侧仍处于示范阶段,由于其储运成本较高、无法长距离运输、消费侧终端用氢价格过高等特性,制约了氢能在交通、工业等领域的应用推广。国内仍未建立起低成本、大规模、跨区域的绿氢供应体系。本文提出基于液氢的绿氢供应体系方案,分析其优点并对其全链条成本进行研究,明确各环节的关键成本构成因素及降本路径,最后提出基于液氢的绿氢供应体系发展建议。 Hydrogen is of great significance for China to ensure energy security and achieve"dual carbon goals".At present,the production of green hydrogen in China is still in the demonstration stage.Due to the high cost of storage and transportation,long distance transport can not be achieved,which also leads to the high price of hydrogen on the consumer side,and restricts the application and promotion of hydrogen in new fields such as transportation and industry.China has not yet established a low-cost,large-scale,cross-regional green hydrogen supply system.This paper proposes the green hydrogen supply system based on liquid hydrogen,which has many advantages,and analyzes the cost of the whole chain,the key cost factors and the path of cost reduction.Some policy suggestions to promote the development of the green hydrogen based on liquid hydrogen industry are put forward.
