吸入用N-乙酰半胱氨酸溶液联合吸入用布地奈德溶液治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究采用吸入用N-乙酰半胱氨酸溶液联合吸入用布地奈德溶液治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法随机选择晋江市妇幼保健院2019年2月—2020年1月接诊的100例支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组。对照组50例患儿采用吸入用布地奈德溶液进行治疗,观察组50例患儿在对照组基础上加用吸入用N-乙酰半胱氨酸溶液进行治疗。对比两组患儿的治疗总有效率、临床体征好转时间、不良反应发生率、炎性因子水平及肺功能指标。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.696,P=0.003);观察组患儿临床体征好转时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.946,P<0.05);观察组患儿的炎性因子水平及肺功能指标较对照组患儿改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童支气管肺炎选择吸入用N-乙酰半胱氨酸溶液联合吸入用布地奈德溶液进行治疗的临床治疗效果更好、不良反应发生率更低、治疗的安全性更高,能有效改善患儿的炎性因子水平及肺功能指标。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of N-acetylcysteine solution for inhalation combined with budesonide solution for inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods 100 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to Jinjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2019 to January 2020were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,50 children in the control group were treated with budesonide solution for inhalation,and 50 children in the observation group were additionally treated with N-acetylcysteine solution for inhalation on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,the time to improvement of clinical signs,the incidence of adverse reactions,the comparison of inflammatory factor levels and pulmonary function indicators between the two groups of children were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.696,P=0.003);the improvement time of clinical signs in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.946,P<0.05);the levels of inflammatory factors and the pulmonary function indexes of the observation group were more significantly improved than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia,the clinical therapeutic effect of choosing inhalation of N-acetylcysteine solution combined with inhalation of budesonide solution is better,the incidence of adverse reactions in children is lower,the treatment safety is higher,and it can effectively improve the level of inflammatory fa
