摘要
隧道路面采用单层沥青层铺装对层间防水黏结层的层间剪应力和层间拉应力提出了更高的技术要求,现有防水黏结材料无法达到该技术指标。基于相似相容原理设计了15种不同配比的防水黏结材料,通过对他们的耐热性、低温柔性、黏结强度及防水性能进行测试与综合评价,选取了其中一种配方作为该研究的高强高渗透防水材料即FJH-1,进而通过对比试验系统研究其对水泥混凝土基层的渗透性、抗冻融能力和路用性能。结果表明:采用FJH-1作为层间防水黏结层的铺装组合结构不仅具有优良的抗剪强度和拉拔强度,能够满足隧道单层沥青层铺装对于层间剪应力和拉应力的技术要求,受温度和冻融的影响相对较小,而且具有对水泥混凝土的优良渗透性,可望实现隧道单层沥青层铺装技术的推广应用。
The single-layer asphalt layer is used to pave the tunnel, which puts forward higher technical requirements for the interlayer shear stress and interlayer tensile stress of the interlayer waterproof bonding layer, and the existing waterproof bonding materials cannot meet the technical indicators. In this paper, 15 kinds of waterproof bonding materials with different proportions are designed based on the principle of similarity and compatibility. Through the test and comprehensive evaluation of their heat resistance, low-temperature flexibility, bonding strength and waterproof performance, one formula is selected as the high-strength and high permeability waterproof material FJH-1 in this study. The permeability, freeze-thaw resistance and road performance of the cement concrete base are studied through comparisons and tests. The results show that the pavement composite structure using FJH-1 as the interlayer waterproof bonding layer not only has excellent shear strength and tensile strength, but also can meet the technical requirements for interlayer shear stress and tensile stress of tunnel single-layer asphalt layer paving, which is relatively less affected by temperature and freeze-thaw, and has excellent permeability to cement concrete, and is expected to realize the popularization and application of tunnel single-layer asphalt layer paving technology.
