摘要
参照标准GB/T 23457—2017《预铺防水卷材》对预铺防水卷材性能的相关规定,结合模拟应用过程中的环境场景,对比研究了SIS热熔胶预铺防水卷材和丁基胶预铺防水卷材在耐低温性能、耐水性能、耐老化性能、耐盐碱腐蚀性能等方面的性能差异。结果表明:丁基胶预铺防水卷材在-30℃低温无裂纹,-35℃时搭接剥离强度仍达到1.0 N/mm;浸水98 d后仍能保持较高的剥离强度;在紫外处理28 d和100℃热老化7 d后仍能保持良好的低温柔性和搭接剥离强度;在盐、碱溶液浸泡42 d后仍能保持良好的剥离强度。
With reference to the relevant provisions of the standard GB/T 23457—2017“Pre-applied waterproofing sheets”on the performance of pre-laid waterproofing membrane,and in combination with the environmental scenarios in the simulated application process,the performance differences between SIS hot-melt adhesive pre-laid waterproofing membrane and butyl rubber pre-paved waterproofing membrane in low temperature resistance,water resistance,aging resistance,salt and alkali corrosion resistance are studied.The results show that the butyl rubber pre-laid waterproofing membrane has no cracks at-30℃,and the peeling strength of the overlaps still reaches 1.0 N/mm at-35℃;the peeling strength remained high after 98 days of immersion;after 28 days of UV treatment and 7 days of thermal aging at 100℃,excellent low-temperature flexibility and overlap peeling strength can still be maintained;after soaking in salt and alkali solution for 42 days,good peeling strength can be maintained as well.
