摘要
对于财务舞弊的研究,多数学者们集中于冰山理论、舞弊三角理论等视角。在前人探究的基础上,本文从行为经济学视角进行了研究。首先,文章以框架效应、损失厌恶、锚定效应为理论基础,对辅仁药业财务舞弊的原因进行了分析研究。其次,文章对辅仁药业管理者的价值观、企业自身财务危机、行业环境和外部监督的影响做了具体探究。最后,文章从市场层面、公司层面、外部监督和法律法规等层面提出对策,以规范公司生产经营行为,为利益相关方投融资决策、市场监管等提供参考价值。
For the study of financial fraud,most scholars focus on the iceberg theory,fraud triangle theory and other perspectives.Based on previous explorations,this paper studies it from the perspective of behavioral economics.Firstly,On the theoretical basis of frame effect,loss aversion and anchor effect,the causes of financial fraud are analyzed and studied.Secondly,the article explores the values of the Furen pharmaceutical managers,the financial crisis,the industry environment and the influence of external supervision.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures from the market level,company level,external supervision and laws and regulations,so as to standardize the company’s production and operation behavior and provide reference value for stakeholders’investment and financing decisions and market supervision.
