摘要
习近平关于档案工作重要论述有其严密的生成逻辑,丰富的核心意涵,以及明确的实践向度。生成逻辑回答了这一重要论述“由何来”的问题,在理论上赓续了马克思主义档案观,在文化上继承了中国传统档案思想,最终生成发展于习近平在地方及中央工作时的具体实践。核心意涵指明了档案工作“怎么看”的问题,包括档案价值论、档案地位论、档案党性论、档案治理论、档案服务论。实践向度指明了档案工作“怎么做”的问题,即坚持党对档案工作的领导这个根本原则,做好“两个服务”,践行“三个走向”,推进“四个体系”建设。习近平关于档案工作重要论述彰显了马克思主义的基本立场、观点和方法,是新时代做好档案工作的行动指南。
