摘要
双相障碍是常见的精神疾病,双相障碍患者与健康群体及其他精神疾病人群相比具有较高的自残率,且反复自残患者自杀率更高。基于双相障碍的自残行为,以及自残行为发生的相关风险因素、可能发生机制的研究进展,本文将进行相关综述。
Bipolar disorder is a common mental disorder.Patients with bipolar disorder are more likely to have self harm behavior than general population and other psychotic patients.Repeated self-harm behavior may lead higher incidence of suicide for patients with bipolar disorder.This article summarizes the related risk factors and possible pathological mechanism for self-harm behavior for patients with bipolar disorder.
