摘要
为了鉴定从沐川乌骨黑鸡肠道内容物中分离出的1株细菌的种类以及检测其耐药基因携带情况,笔者采用革兰氏染色镜检、生化鉴定、16S rDNA基因序列分析以及抗生素耐药性和耐药基因检测。结果表明,该分离株为欧文氏菌,并将其命名为S21。药敏试验结果表明,环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、头孢氨苄表现为敏感;四环素表现为中介;其余抗生素为耐药,且只检出耐药基因rmtA、tetE、pgi,其余所试耐药基因未检出,说明了该养殖场鸡源欧文氏菌的耐药情况较严重。
In order to identify the species of a bacterium isolated from Muchuan black-boned black chicken and detect its drug resistance gene carrying,Gram staining,microscopic examination,biochemical identification,16S rDNA gene sequence analysis and antibiotic susceptibility testing and resistance gene detection were used in the experiments.The results indicated that the isolate was Erwinia and was named S21.The drug susceptibility test results showed that ciprofloxacin,fluoxacin,and cephalexin were sensitive,tetracycline was an intermediate,and other antibiotics were resistant.The drug resistance gene detection only detected the drug resistance genes rmtA,tetE,pgi,and the rest of the tested drug resistance genes were not detected.The experimental results showed that the drug resistance of Erwinia from chickens in this farm was serious.
