摘要
目的:探究Siebens领域管理模式对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血糖和妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取本院2019年9月-2021年9月收治的198例GDM患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=99)和管理组(n=99)。对照组给予常规管理方式,管理组给予Siebens领域管理模式。对比两组管理前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平、生活质量(SF-36)及不良妊娠结局。结果:管理后两组FPG、2h PG和HbAlc水平均降低且管理组低于对照组,两组SF-36评分均提高且管理组评分高于对照组,不良妊娠结局总发生率(11.1%)低于对照组(39.4%)(均P<0.05)。结论:Siebens领域管理模式应用于GDM效果显著,可有效控制患者血糖水平、提高生活质量、降低不良妊娠结局发生。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Siebens domain management model for treating pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) on their blood glucose level and pregnancy outcomes. Methods: A total of 198 pregnant women with GDM were selected as research subjects from September 2019 to September 2021. These women were divided into two groups(99 cases in each group) by random number table. The women in the control group were given routine management and the women in the experimental group were given Siebens domain management model. The levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG), 2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2h PG), the hemoglobin Alc(HbAlc), the quality of life, and the adverse pregnancy outcomes of the women were compared between the two groups. Results: The levels of FPG, 2h PG, and HbAlc of the women in both groups after treatment had decreased significantly, and which of the women in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the women in the control group. The score by SF-36 of the women in both groups had increased significantly, and which of the women in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the women in the control group. The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes(11.1%) of the women in the experimental group was significantly lower than that(39.4%) of the women in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Siebens domain management model in the pregnant women with GDM has significant efficacy, which can effectively manage the blood glucose level, improve the quality of life, and reduce the adverse pregnancy outcomes of these women.
