摘要
2021年9月,重庆市动物园1只3月龄孟加拉白虎(Panthera tigris tigris)出现呕吐、发烧、便血和精神沉郁等症状。经血细胞检测,发现该幼崽白细胞数量下降,通过实时定量PCR检测,最终确定为猫细小病毒(Feline parvovirus,FPV)感染。同圈舍另一只幼崽和母亲及周边圈舍3只华南虎(Panthera tigris amoyensis)检测结果均为猫细小病毒阳性,但未表现出临床症状。幼崽经过1周的抗体、干扰素等治疗,白细胞数量恢复正常,出血症状消失,但总蛋白仍较低;通过支持疗法治疗1个月后,食欲及各项体征达到正常水平,基本痊愈;痊愈后约2个月,出现肠道迟缓、皮肤抗性减弱等疑似后遗症症状,痊愈半年后以上症状消失。
In September 2021, a three-month old albino Bengal tiger(Panthera tigris tigris) in the Chongqing Zoo developed symptoms such as vomiting, fever, blood in the stool and depression. The blood cell test revealed that its white blood cells decreased.Real-time quantitative PCR detection confirmed that the tiger was infected with Feline parvovirus. Another cub in the same house, its mother, and three South China tigers(P. t.amoyensis) in the surrounding houses were all tested positive for parvovirus, but they did not show clinical symptoms. After a week of antibody, interferon and symptomatic treatment, the number of white blood cells returned to normal, and the bleeding symptoms disappeared, but the total protein level was still low. After a month of supportive treatment, the appetite and various physical signs returned to normal, and the tiger returned to health. Within about two months after recovery, the cub developed symptoms of suspected sequelae such as intestinal retardation and weakened skin resistance. After six months of recovery, the above symptoms disappeared.
