摘要
本文以乙烯厂聚丙烯装置EX851挤压造粒机组长周期运行为目标,分别通过对挤压机主电机的齿轮箱侧及主电机侧产生的转速差优化改造,以及通过对挤压机切粒机系统切粒水室入口压力优化改造等方式从根本上解决挤压机停车次数频繁且不便于查找故障原因的问题,并且通过详述优化改造过程及方法积累优化经验,对其他影响EX851挤压机长周期运行的原因进行分析并对下一步改造优化提供方向,从而实现挤压造粒机组长周期运行。
With the cycle operation of EX851 extrusion granulation machine in ethylene plant,By optimizing the speed difference generated by the gear box side and the main motor side of the main motor of the extruder motor,and through the optimization and transformation of the inlet pressure of the extrusion under system to fundamentally solve the problem of frequent parking times and not easy to find the cause of failure,and through the detailed optimization and transformation process and methods to accumulate optimization experience,to analyze other reasons affecting the long-cycle operation of EX851 extrusion machine and provide direction for the next transformation and optimization,so as to realize the cycle operation of the extrusion granulation machine group leader.
