摘要
聚丙烯装置反应对压力温度较敏感,因而反应器压力系统的稳定调节就尤为重要。对环管压力系统波动产生的原因及处理方案进行了分析探讨。首先结合环管反应器的特点及工艺参数描述了环管压力系统的控制思路及日常操作方法,提出环管反应器自身问题等6项可能导致环管压力波动的原因。通过引入D202系统后再次提出缓冲罐D202系统问题等3项可能造成环管压力波动的原因。通过日常操作经验总结,给出问题快速判断的方法及相应的调整措施。
The reaction of polypropylene plant is sensitive to pressure and temperature, so the stable regulation of reactor pressure system is particularly important. In this paper, the causes of the fluctuation of the annular pressure system and the treatment scheme were analyzed and discussed. Firstly, the control ideas and daily operation methods of the annular pressure system based on the characteristics and process parameters of the annular reactor were described, and six possible causes of the annular pressure fluctuation were put forward, such as the problems of the annular reactor itself. After introducing D202 system, three possible causes of pressure fluctuation were proposed again, such as D202 system problem of buffer tank.The method of quick judgment and corresponding adjustment measures were given by summing up the daily operation experience.
