摘要
以9-芴酮、苯酚等为起始原料,在3-巯基丙酸的催化下,得到9,9-双(4-羟基苯基)芴,9,9-双(4-羟基苯基)芴分别与碳酸乙烯酯、3-乙基-3-羟甲基氧杂环丁烷甲基磺酸酯和3-乙基-3-环乙氧基甲氧基甲基氧杂环丁烷反应,得到三种含有芴结构的氧杂环丁烷化合物。产物经红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征。此反应的工艺条件较为温和,适合工业化生产。
9,9-Bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)fluorene was synthesized in the presence of 3-mercaptopropionic acid using 9-fluorenone and phenol as starting materials. It was then treated with propylene carbonate, 3-ethyl-3-hydroxymethyloxycyclobutane methanesulfonate and 3-ethyl-3-cycloethoxymethoxymethyloxycyclobutane, respectively, yielding three oxetanes containing fluorene structure. The products were confirmed by IR and ~1H NMR. The reaction conditions are mild and suitable for industrial production.
