橙皮苷和迷迭香酸对白羽肉鸡免疫器官指数、血清生化指标及盲肠菌群的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Hesperidin and Rosmarinic Acid on Immune Organ Index,Serum Biochemical Indexes and Cecal Microflora of White-feathered Broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加橙皮苷、迷迭香酸及其组合对白羽肉鸡免疫器官指数、血清生化指标、血清抗氧化能力及盲肠菌群结构的影响。选取1日龄爱拔益加公雏200只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,橙皮苷组、迷迭香酸组和橙皮苷+迷迭香酸组分别饲喂添加60 mg/kg橙皮苷、30 mg/kg迷迭香酸与30 mg/kg橙皮苷+15 mg/kg迷迭香酸的基础饲粮,试验期42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,橙皮苷和迷迭香酸组合能显著提高肉鸡的胸腺指数,血清中总蛋白和白蛋白的含量及血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的活性(P<0.05);橙皮苷和迷迭香酸组合显著提高了肉鸡盲肠食糜菌群的α多样性以及厚壁菌门、瘤胃球菌属UCG-014、阴性杆菌属和克里斯滕森菌属的相对丰度(P<0.05),显著降低了拟杆菌门和拟杆菌属的相对丰度(P<0.05);与对照组相比,橙皮苷和迷迭香酸组合显著提高了肉鸡盲肠中丁酸、异戊酸和戊酸的浓度(P<0.05)。综上所述,橙皮苷(30 mg/kg)和迷迭香酸(15 mg/kg)组合能够调节肉鸡盲肠菌群结构,提高盲肠中短链脂肪酸的浓度,改善血清生化指标,提高血清抗氧化功能,促进肉鸡免疫器官发育。 This study aimed to investigate the effects of the dietary hesperidin,rosmarinic acid and their combination on immune organ index,serum biochemical indexes,serum antioxidant capacity and cecal microflora structure of white-feathered broilers.Two hundred one-day-old Arbor Acres(AA)male chicks were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 10 chicks per replicate.Chicks in the control group(Con group)were fed with a basal diet,chicks in hesperidin group(Hes group),rosmarinic acid group(Ros-A group)and Hes+Ros-A group(Hes+Ros-A group)were fed with basal diets supplemented with 60 mg/kg hesperidin,30 mg/kg rosmarinic acid,30 mg/kg hesperidin and 15 mg/kg rosmarinic acid,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that compared with Con group,the combination of hesperidin and rosmarinic acid significantly increased the thymus index,the serum content of total protein and globulin,and serum T-AOC activity in broilers(P<0.05).Compared with Con group,the combination of hesperidin and rosmarinic acid significantly increased theαdiversity index of the cecum chyme microflora of broilers and the relative abundance of Firmicutes,Ruminococcaceae_UCG-014,Negativibacillus and Christensenellaceae_R-7_group(P<0.05),significantly reduced the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes and Bacteroides(P<0.05).Compared with Con group,the combination of hesperidin and rosmarinic acid significantly increased the concentration of butyric acid,isovaleric acid and valeric acid in the cecum of broilers(P<0.05).It was suggested that the combination of hesperidin and romarinic acid could regulate the cecal microflora structure,increase the concentrations of short chain fatty acid in cecum,improve serum biochemical indexes,enhance serum antioxidant function and promote the development of immune organs of broilers.
