摘要
获取和保持游客信任对发展乡村旅游业具有重要意义。通过探寻乡村旅游信任资源消解的机理,发现在乡村短程游和重复游趋势下,沟通、流体验、兼容性和新信息冲击是缓解乡村旅游信任资源消解的主要因素。在管理实践中,只有重视乡村旅游游客信任的资源属性,做好游客沟通,管理好游客体验,保持乡村旅游形式和内容的多样性,才能有效预防游客信任资源消解,从而带动乡村旅游产业健康可持续发展,实现人们对美好生活的向往。
Obtaining and maintaining tourist trust is of great significance to rural tourism. This paper explores the mechanism of the dissolution of trust in rural tourism. Finds that communication, flow experience, compatibility and new information impact are the main factors to ease the dissolution of tourist trust in the trend of short-distance travel and repeated travel in rural areas. In the management practice, by recognising the resource attribute of tourist trust, doing an excellent job of communication, managing tourist experience, and maintaining the diversity of forms and contents of tourism, can we effectively prevent the dissolution of tourist trust, then driving the healthy and sustainable development of rural tourism and realizing people’s yearning for a better life.
