摘要
目的:探讨实际和感知运动能力对学生体育课中身体活动水平和体质水平的直接、间接影响。方法:采用加速度计、TGMD-2、体育课中感知能力量表和《国家学生体质健康标准》对小学三至四年级256名学生的身体活动水平、实际运动能力、感知运动能力和体质水平进行调查。运用SPSS对数据进行分析,并用Bootstrap对间接效应进行估计。结果:实际运动能力和感知运动能力对学生体育课中MVPA%和体质水平具有显著正向预测作用。感知运动能力在实际运动能力与MVPA%、实际运动能力与体质水平之间起部分中介作用。此外,感知运动能力对学生体质水平中介作用的效应量高于体育课中MVPA%的效应量。结论:体育课教学过程中应加强实际运动能力的学习,通过创设积极的环境,让学生享受体育课和提高学生的感知运动能力,从而有助于提高学生的身体活动和体质水平。
Objective: Examine the direct and indirect effects of actual and perceived motor competence on students’ physical activity and health-related physical fitness during physical education(PE). Methods: A total of 256 students from grade 3 to grade 4 in elementary school were invited to participate in this study. Actigraph GT3X accelerometers, the test of gross motor development-2(TGMD-2), self-reported perceived competence, and National Student Physical Health Standard were used to measured students’ MVPA%, actual motor competence, perceived motor competence, and health-related physical fitness. The SPSS and a bootstrap technique were utilized to analyze the direct and indirect effects of actual and perceived motor competence on students’ physical activity and health-related physical fitness. Results: Actual motor competence and perceived motor competence were positively associated with students’ MVPA and health-related physical fitness during PE classes. Perceived motor competence plays a partial mediating role between actual motor competence and MVPA%, actual motor competence and health-related physical fitness. Furthermore, the effect size of perceive motor competence on students’ health-related physical fitness was higher than that of MVPA%. Conclusions: It is suggested that PE teachers should strengthen students’ learning of basic motor competence and created a positive environment to improve students’ enjoyment and perceive motor competence,which may increase their MVPA% and physical fitness.
